Kite-a-licious

Today featured Bondi's 35th Annual Festival "Of the Winds". A day where most Sydney dwellers and travelers alike congregate on the shores and hills of Bondi Beach. It was utterly packed today as I made my way from person to person with my charity box, managing to raise a whopping $125 in 1.5 hours!

A beautiful day was accompanied by thousands of kites, they littered the air with their fluttering rainbow colours and brought smiles to the faces of the children keeping them flying. It was truly magical viewing all of them together.

If you missed it today, make sure to come by next year! More kites fly every year. Let's continue the tradition :)

Working for charity and LOVING it!

Surprised myself today to find out that running around Sydney's crowded Darling Harbour is actually immensely satisfying.

I'm officially working for the Australian Red Cross, providing breakfast for disadvantaged kids around Australia by selling homemade magnets for $5 each.
It's a tough crowd, but it makes you smile :)

Boredom at its finest.

Ugh.

I can't survive this anymore. Too much school study.

I eagerly count the days until I graduate!

(*cough* 22nd of October)

First Post. The Post that hurts the most. *just a casual Mighty Boosh quote there..*

Via the advice of UTS and a close friend, I have decided to start this blog up for practice.

It shall contain varied insights into events that interest me,

travel writing and photos,

useless gossip,

and the problems of student life.

Good luck future me! <3
